Catching my oven on fire on Thanksgiving Day with 20 people expected for dinner, including my in-laws. Fortunately the turkey was saved and the meal was fabulous, but the oven was ruined. I love my new oven.

Reuben Dip
Fantastic! Very well received on New Year's Eve and great left-overs the next day. Keep it hot while serving. Yummy!!

Blue Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
Great recipe! We took them to a New Year's Eve party - they disappeared in minutes and received rave reviews! I made enough for 24 and found that neither a blender nor food processor could handle the quantity. Next time I'll use a mixer. Also, in making enough for 24 we had filling for twice the number of mushrooms. I will consider reducing the amount of cream cheese, blue cheese, and bread crumbs for larger quantities.

Easy Mexican Casserole
Great casserole - the entire family loved it! Will be a family favorite! My son suggested adding corn next time which we'll try. Thanks for sharing.
