Toss out the others ... this is it. I used the mayo instead of Miracle Whip, rice wine vinegar instead of white vinegar(surprisingly, I had some), and celery seed instead of poppy seeds. Kids loved it ... there was a fair amount of liquid after refrigerating, but not enough, I think, to add an additional bag of shredded cabbage ... I might add an additional half bag next time.

Very delicious and lots o'meat! Absolutely make 2 ... since it is a little labor intensive, you'll want to have an additional pie to serve or give.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

I made this to bring for Easter dinner and everyone liked it. It's easy to make and the asparagus comes out just right. I did make the switch with more balsamic and less soy. Will definitely make this again.

Sweet Potato Pound Cake

Really good toasted, with butter. I used some brown sugar to replace white and wound up with something browner than the photo shown here. I backed off on the butter because the sweet potatoes I used were leftovers which were already sweetened and spiced somewhat. I added addition spices and some orange zest. I would make again.

Fudgy Chocolate Cream Pie

This was delicious and rich. I used a Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust (it really is a good substitute for homemade IMO) and received lots of compliments. I was wonderful with whipped cream topping, and would be very nice with meringue too. Will make this recipe again.
