Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs
We just loved it! I have made it three different ways. First the way it was originally supposed to be, then I tried Turkey Bacon which was not as salty as the regular bacon, but just didn't have that same flavor, so I bought Low-sodium bacon and what a difference! I also used green and red peppers. It is an awesome recipe and so easy to make - a bit messy, but it wasn't terrible!!

No Bull Burritos
This was so simple and not spicy! I loved it. I can't eat spicy foods and I have little ones who don't like spicy foods so this was perfect. I did tweek it a little tho - I added burrito seasoning instead of the garlic & oregano. I also added some of the cheese inside the burrito itself and I added lettuce and tomatoes on top of it.

Beer Batter Fish Fillets
Really good - this was my first time using a beer batter and luckily I found a good one. The only thing was that I wasn't sure about was after you coat the fish and let it sit were you supposed to let it sit in the batter? I hope so because it helped give it a great flavor!
