I'm middle aged and enjoy cooking with a great passion. I find it relaxing and take great pleasure when friends and family truly appreciate the pure essence of heart prepared foods as well as the willingness to try new things and different types of cusine. I also enjoy the fact that my friends can always count on me when it comes to throwing a wonderfully cooridnated dinner party with food thats always a pleasureable and gratifing experience. Among the favorite items I truly enjoy to prepare are Italian foods. As well as Mediterrian foods which consist of robust and hearty ingredients. I feel that these dishes are a way to show ones diversity towards the culinary arts in the fact that the combonation of indgredients must compliment eachother without crowding the simplicity and authenthicity of the dish. The final result must always be satisfiying as well as appreciated. Growing up in NEW YORK I was always surrounded by a vast array of foods as well as different cultures which to me was a great advantage. Because I feel that without that exposure I wouldn't have been able to know the different tastes the the world has to offer. This drove me to create my own types of recipes in the search for the perfect blend of ingredients, As well as the perfect meal. I feel that through the years I've been able to refine my skills as well as come into contact with a variety of different people. Some of which have invited me into their homes to prepare and fully cooridinate the services for different occasions.(Weddings, special dinner events and Twilight Balls) HUH,well let me just say that I'm glad to be alive and able to share all this with you because in the beginning I was all thumbs and left feet.
