Sweet Potato Casserole V
Delicious! To make the whole thing a little healthier I used skim milk instead of eggnog and egg substitute instead of egg whites. I also turned the broiler on at the very end of the baking time so that the topping browned. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and it was wonderful. I will definitely be making this again.

Chocolate Bar Fondue
This was the best chocolate fondue I have ever tasted. I halved the recipe, used chocolate chips instead grated chocolate, and substituted Kahlua for the coffee. I also made mine in a double boiler (a glass bowl over a saucepan of water - the best way to melt chocolate) and then transferred it to a small slow cooker on the warm setting. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and it was incredible. This is the recipe I will be using every time I make chocolate fondue from now on.

Cheese Fondue
This fondue is absolutely incredible. The only change I made was tossing the cheese in the flour instead of adding it later. It turned out a little thin at first but I added a little cornstarch and it came out perfectly. I will use this recipe every time I make cheese fondue from now on.
