I have been retired for 5 years from dealing blackjack & roulette for 33 years. I have 8 grandchildren, the oldest lives with me. I love staying home taking care of him, my home, garden & cooking. Things I couldn't do when I was working & raising my 2 sons. I'd have to say chicken. There are so many recipes for it, I guess. I am just into creating some recipes with ground turkey. I'll let you know if I come up with something delicious & easy. I always cook Thanksgiving dinner, and make special candies at Christmas.
