Breakfast in a Muffin
I added more bacon and then cut the sugar in the dough. My husband thought that the sweet taste of the bottom contrasted the savoury top. Also used parmesan instead of cheddar the second time to give it a bit more cheese flavour; as well as a bit of thyme to the bottom. More dense muffin but really good - they freeze well.

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes
I used cream instead of milk but would have been fabulous without it. Great recipe.

Gramma Bertha's Banana Cake
My husband actually said this cake was 'too moist'. I added nuts and I thought this was a bit better.
