Have been cooking since I was in the fifth grade (approx 24 years). I enjoy trying anything new. Like to mix things up and try new spices and combinations.
My favorite things to cook
Seafood, Steaks, Pork Loin, Ribs, Chicken, all grilled, fried or in casseroles. Creole and Cajun dishes, casseroles, desserts, appetizers. SPICY food.
My cooking triumphs
Won second place in a Barbeque contest at a fair when I was eleven. Hearing my kids tell me that I can cook better than their mother.
