Easy Indian Butter Chicken
Great! I tweaked it a bit. I caramelized the onions and garlic in 1/8 of a cup of butter and water and then simmered them with the tomato sauce, a cup of half and half and the cooked chicken for about 10 minutes. It was delicious and little healthier. Thanks for the inspiration!

German Apple Cake I
Awesome! I used half a cup of oil and half a cup of applesauce and baked the cake in a bundt pan. It came out beautiful and very tasty. It takes over an hour to bake in the bundt pan (I kinda lost track of time after 60 minutes)but it looked great!

Zucchini Brownies
used sweet applesauce instead of oil and reduced the sugar to 1 cup, added chocolate morsels. came out awful, the texture is really weird, like rubber and it needs more sugar than 1 cup. Will try again.
