Eric's Best New York Style Cheesecake
so good! I made mine a turtle cheesecake! I added pecans on the crust layer, and swirled melted caramel (with added cream) and chocolate throughout. It looked and tasted beautiful topped with chopped pecans, melted chocolate and the caramel mixture. I definately will make this again! Thanks for a terrific, NO CRACK recipe!

Strawberry Jam
very fresh and tasty! super easy too! I decreased the sugar by 1 cup, and it turned out perfect.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
absolutey wonderful! I made this for dinner tonight, and everyone loved it! I added feta to the dressing as someone sugguested. I will definately make this again. thank you for sharing!
