Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup
Good comfort food. I added about 150% the wing sauce and that gave it a better kick while not being overwhelming. If you like spicy food even a bit, the amount in the recipe won't be enough unless the sauce you use is overly spicy. I also used about 80% of the milk to make it a bit thicker, and added some flour too, and it was perfect for me. Will make again, probably in the winter instead of a 95 degree summer day!

Asian Barbequed Steak
This was delicious. However, due to reasons of convenience (and laziness), I changed a few ingredients - soy sauce instead of fish sauce, tabasco instead of chili sauce, and olive oil instead of sesame oil. It still turned out very tasty! So easy too. Flank steak has always been my favorite, and this just makes it better. Will certainly make again.

Newport Clam Chowder
Good stuff! I used canned clams and they were fine. I felt nothing needed to be changed in this recipe, except next time I may add another potato out of preference. Good work!
