Creamy Chicken Pasta
This was pretty good, but I did things differently. I sauteed 4 thin chicken cutlets with garlic and onions, then made the cream sauce. I also had to add a LOT of seasoning as it was pretty bland; I used fresh parsley and a bit of tarragon and it made all the difference! A good basic recipe that needs to be jazzed up.

Peppered Green Beans
These were OK...the cider vinegar was not to my taste, but I liked the sauteed peppers and onions with the green beans and I added garlic too.

Lemon Butter Chicken
I had to add chicken stock and more worcestershire. I had to put parmesan cheese also to cut the intensity. The only saving grace was that the chicken was tender, and the sauce was decent when mixed with the rice and with a lot of cheese mixed it.
