Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Really good soft cookies! I just ate 3 right out of the oven - yum! I had trouble even getting them into balls, even after chilling them, so I just took spoonfuls and pushed them off onto the pan, then sprinkled with sugar and slightly flattened them with the back of the spoon. I'll try rolling again next time because they could have used the sugar all around - still excellent the way they came out!
