Bacon Wrapped Smokies
These are the best!!! One thing I learned is that if you put 5 to 6 of these on long bamboo skewers...they are much faster and easier to turn. When they are done you can just use a fork to push them off. The bacon will hold tight by then.

E-Z Cream Biscuits
I thought these turned out pretty good. I was a little skeptical because there was only 2 ingredients. I did have to add a little more cream than called for. The dough was just too stiff to work with. I just eye-balled it til I got the right consistency. Very light and a touch of sweetness.
