Made this recipe the first time, following the direction exactly, and it was fantastic; my family just went wild. I used Cobia, since my husband had just returned from a fishing trip in the Gulf, and we had lots of fish. The batter was so light and tasty, the next time I made this recipe, I doubled the batter and made battered/fried onion rings as well. Another big hit! The white sauce was so popular, I now have a batch on hand in the fridge to use as a dip with chips, on tacos or slightly thinned as a salad dressing. Amazing! No oil, eggs needed, in this rich, moist, simple, but yummy recipe. Of all the pumpkin muffin recipes I've made, this is by far the best! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.

Quick, easy and absolutely delicious! Far better than anything store bought, and much less expensive. Once again, I've just made a double batch for a cookout tomorrow, and I'm certain it will be gone within two hours, with lots of requests for the recipe. Thanks for sharing!
