Clone of a Cinnabon

Awesome! Followed other suggestions. Mixed butter, cinnamon and sugar together before spreading. Made it in stand mixer. Spit it into 2 9x9 pans and put one in the fridge overnight and one in the freezer for later. Worked great! Definitely double the frosting (or if separating make per direction for each batch)

Caramel Popcorn

Came out great. Used microwave presto popper and the whole thing was a lot easier to make then i thought it would be. Word to the wise though don't eat hot caramel off spoon... it burns:)

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

Great recipe! I will make this again and again. I have actually already sent it to several friends. Like suggested i folded ours in half and fried two at a time in my 12" cast iron skillet. I added one cup of frozen corn instead of canned and it was nice and crisp. Came out amazing. My husband did request the addition of chicken as he is a big meat eater. When i used the leftovers for lunch i actually just added some ham in his and he said it was excellent.

Excellent! I actually made just an individual portion as my husband was out of town and it made a really easy and very good meal for one. I doubled the sauce, mushrooms and onions. A real keeper.

Beth's Peach-Nectarine Muffins

I made the changes suggested by other people but also added pecans to half. The ones that had the pecans were a hit... the others were okay but not that great. I think if I will probably skip making these again though as they weren't that great.

Portuguese Sweet Bread I

I am a huge bread fanatic and this bread just did nothing for me. Normally I take bread out and eat half the loaf on the spot but i ate one piece and knew it wasn't what i was looking for. To dense and sweet but not in a good way. Ithink the Amish white bread recipe on here is much better.

Halibut Weaver

Great recipe. Did change it a little. Used 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup sour cream. Everyone liked it but we did feel it could use a little less sauce so I will just cut it back next time. I also think i will put some sliced onions in the pan first and roast them a bit and then lay the fish on top before baking.

Grilled Salmon I

I live in Alaska and we get fresh caught wild salmon all the time. Unfortunately I hate salmon. So I tried this marinade and boy did it do the trick. Excellent recipe and I will definitely use it again!

Halibut Steaks

Great recipe. It chould be used well with any white fish. Left off the tomatoes as my husband isn't a big fan and worked fine. Definitly a keeper.
