Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Loved this! I made it slightly differently, just because I'm not the biggest fan of bleu cheese. I spread ranch dressing on the crust, followed by the chicken mixture and topped with just a bit of mozzerella and colby/jack cheese. Turned out great!

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

I liked this recipe a lot. I've gone through a lot of pancake recipes that I didn't care for, but these were quite tasty! I put blueberries in some of them to add a little interest!

Italian Style Meatloaf I

I hate to say it, but this just was not very good. I checked over the recipe just to be sure I didn't miss something. I found it to have a very mushy texture and the taste was relatively bland. I was so disappointed because I thought it would be a great recipe! No need for us to try something different, it's definitely not a keeper for us!

Pepperoncini Beef

Oh boy - so simple and yet so popular! My husband is a huge fan of pepperoncinis, so I had a feeling this would be a winner. It was and he ate it up! It's not too spicy, which is good. Just the right amount of kick. I recommend it.

Excellent. I followed another reviewer's advice and wrapped this in foil and put it in the slow cooker. It was so tender and flavorful, and so easy - which is the best!!

Shredded Beef for Tacos

Excellent! So easy and yet so tasty. I used the Mexican spicy tomato sauce. My local grocery store had its own brand. I was a bit worried about it being too spicy, but it was perfect. We put it on tacos, but I have leftovers that I want to try with other things.

Asian Beef Skewers

Very tasty and easy. I actually did on the skillet because it was not a good grilling night. I think that next time, if I do it inside, I'm going to skip the skewers. I always worry when cooking with flank steak because it can get so tough - but this was wonderful.

Brown Sugar Smokies

Incredibly good. Incredibly easy. I opted for low sodium bacon, but found it to be too fatty for my taste. So next time I will be looking for good meaty bacon. I make them and then keep them warm in a crock pot.

YUM! I made this for my family Christmas Eve get-together today. Boy was it a hit! I loved it - everyone loved it! I used a rotisserie chicken rather than canned chicken. So tasty - so easy!

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Loved this! The regular meatloaf mixture I make is very wet and the meatloaf comes out so moist. This one didn't come out as moist, so I was worried. Nothing to worry about! It came together so nicely. The flavor was nice. I thought it was so easy to put together. I made two little ones and still have one in the freezer for later!

Barbecued Beef

This was so good! Even better - my husband ate it up and liked it! Easy and tasty. I followed to a T. When I tasted mid-point, I thought it might be a bit too mustard-y, but at the end, it was perfect! I highly recommend!

Chicken Paprikash I

Well, I was excited about this dish. I bought Hungarian Paprika specifically to use with it. It was only OK. It may have seemed better if my husband hadn't picked at it and didn't even try it because he didn't think he'd like it. Ah...well...another try, another fail... If it was a bit better, I might make it again even though my husband will pick at it - but it wasn't that great.
