Zucchini Cheese Garlic Appetizer
I added some fresh basil to the food processor that had 1 onion and a few cloves of garlic. I also used an Italian blend of cheeses instead of cheddar. My husband and I loved this, kids didn't. Great side dish.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
I made with butter instead of oil and these were SO good! This is the best banana recipe I've tried from this site.

Mexican Shepherd's Pie
I added the corn into my homemade cornbread, added cheese before topping with the cornbread and added left over red beans and salsa into the meat mixture. So good that even my picky eaters loved it!
