Guinness(R) Corned Beef
My Irish husband, who is also the better cook of the two of us, raved and ravished this dish. Only problem was I didn't make enough. I made it in a very large slow cooker and will add more vegetables and potatoes and another bottle of stout to ensure everything is covered. What a great and incredibly easy recipe guaranteed to succeed!

Elegant Mushroom Soup
Best ever! Only changes, 1 1/2c milk w 1/2c cream. Most importantly, before finishing I scooped out about 1/2 of mushrooms and enough liquid to help puree the mushrooms. This made the soup thicker and the mushroom taste better. I have to tripple the recipe next time!

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill
I have always asked my husband to cook the salmon (always great) this time I decided to be adventuris and tried it myself. I followed the recipe except had to use all dry ingredients. Next time I am going to try the recomendations for saving calories and use part yogurt and also use dijon. thanks
