Baby Back Ribs
Just got up from the table after trying these ribs. Followed the recipe and suggestions from other reviews and they were good, very tender, but not great - a little on the plain side. If I do them again, I will try a rub/marinade with more intense flavor. I used a TexJoy rub that we have in Southeast texas and is my seasoning for just about everything, but it did not bring out the flavor I was hoping or looking for.
