Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
This was wonderful! The first thing you notice is how your whole house smells good! I found that Tyson has a pork roast that is around $10 for 5+ lbs. Since it is a thick roast, I cut it in 3/4" slices but not cutting all the way through. It cooks easier and is easier to cut. Buy a large bottle of red wine and enjoy while it's cooking!

Baked Potato Soup V
This is very good. Potato soup is supposed to be thick, so I'm a bit confused on the comments left. I did use real bacon, 2% milk and about 8 "fist" sized potatoes. I suggest cooling the potatoes down before scooping them out, burnt my fingers a few times.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
This is so good! A bit time consuming with chopping everything up. I probably would have cut the chips smaller so that people wouldn't be tempted to double dip.
