My cooking triumphs
My beautiful roast beef dinner, complete with perfect Yorkshire puddings! We even liked my purple grazy (too much red wine -in both the chef and the gravy- not enough patience!) My dips: baba ghanoush, homous and guacamole. Always yummy. Hint: Natural oeanut butter, in eveything!

Perogies
I haven't tried this particular perogy recipe, but a genral tip for perogy dough making: Reserve the water you boiled your potatoes in, and use that to make your dough. The starch makes the dough easier to roll and handle.
