Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
YUM! My 4 yr old asked for 3rds! I love it. After scooping the potato whites out, I baked the skins 5 minutes on their own, just to strengthen them, and also used a ziplock baggie with a clipped corner to stuff the skins. Much easier that way. Great finger food for the football game, or for dinner.
