About this Cook
I have been in the kitchen cooking or baking since I can remember. I love it! When I'm not in the kitchen I enjoy reading, knitting, exploring Florida wildlife, or just relaxing with sand between my toes watching my boyfriend catch some waves.
My favorite things to cook
I my true passion is baking, I love to create anything. Cooking I make a mean turkey, and have a killer pasta dish everyone seems to enjoy.
My cooking triumphs
Turkey! I remeber turkey always being dry and flavorless growing up. I tackled a Thanksgiving feast this year and everyone there said my turkey was flavorful and moist! WooHoo, I made a flavorful, moist turkey.

Mushroom Chicken Cacciatore
Overall, not very impressed with this recipe. I found the "sauce" too watery and kinda flavorless. I would reduce the amount of liquid and cut the cooking time by about an hour! Also, you may want to add some herbs, and red pepper flakes.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
This recipe is delicious! I used a 5 pound chicken and it came out juicy and tender. No knife needed here, the meat just fell off the bone. This will make its way into my rotation of whole chicken dinners.
