Lemon Ice-Box Cake II
Pretty good... definitely better the second day. I did not follow the instructions to make it a day ahead, and I wish I had. The leftovers were much better the day after I served it to guests!!!

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese
It was fairly bland. The only changes I made were to use half the cream cheese and add a 1/2 cup more cheddar (following the recommendations of other reviewers). Although it was bland, it made for pretty good comfort food. My one-year-old won't stop eating it! I think she would give it 10 stars! :)

Spicy Chicken Rice Soup
SO good... just a bit spicy. Perfect way to make chicken soup that's just a little different than the norm. YUMMY!
