Roasted Vegetables
My family loved this, 19 months, 7, 9, & Dad all wanted more. Made enough for leftovers for lunch and had none!! Will make over & over but don't limit yourself to recipe ingredients, I will used whatever is in my kitchen!! We used all dried herbs but I used Johnny's Salad Elegance with Old Bay, dill, basil, whole garlic cloves and salt & pepper.
