Pumpkin Pie Bread
Very good! In place of the oil I used applesauce, and used fresh pumpkin from the garden, it is a wonderful recipe! Will definitely make this again. I am actually going to make it for gifts this year since we have so many pumpkins in our garden and have a lot of pumpkin puree to use up!

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
Wonderful light dip with graham sticks, nilla wafers, pretzels and apples. Those are all the things I tried it with and it was delicious. Big hit with both adults and kids. I made the pumpkin puree from scratch and used it in my batch...so good!

Triple-Cheese Macaroni
This was soooo good. I doubled the recipe for a birthday party with many adults and kids and they all loved it. I added a touch of onion powder as well. I also made the mistake of adding all the cheese into the pasta and not reserving any for the top. I then added colby/mont. jack cheese to the top cause that it all I had around and it made it just perfect! Not soupy at all, just the perfect consistency. I have been asked to bring it to another gathering this next weekend!
