Country Apple Dumplings

Fantastic served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! My daughter and niece put this together and thought it was super easy. We all loved it!

This was so good! I'm lucky enough to have a niece at the University of Hawaii, so she got me the sea salt. I followed the recipe exactly, but next time, I would add more liquid smoke. My son and I couldn't stop picking chunks of meat out of the crock pot!!

Golden Rum Cake

This was incredibly delicious. I made it for my husband's birthday using pecans instead of walnuts and Captain Morgan. I poked the top with a skewer to help absorb all of the glaze. It was devoured!

Salmon Dill Croissants

Loved this recipe!! I pretty much followed it, but thought it could use more liquid smoke and also used a large can of salmon. We spread this on Wasa crisp bread and sprinkled with capers and it was delicious! This is a keeper!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Incredible! There doesn't seem to be anything particularly special about making this cake, but it is soooo good!! I used Carolan's and a mix of chips and it was delicious. Already, I've given this recipe to 4 people and we just made it a couple days ago!
