Chicken Florentine Casserole
Excellent flavor! I did change a few things per other reviews. 1. Sautéed mushrooms, onion (1/4 chopped), garlic and spinach then placed this mixture on the bottom of baking dish 2. Used real bacon 3. Pan seared the chicken breast first to seal in the juices...used the same pan I fried the bacon in. Thanks for sharing. This was one of my favorites from this site and my 2 year old even ate it :)
