About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Anything Chocolate. In our house tacos are a staple and I love to experiment with them, they are so veresitile. I also like to make cookies, as long as it says cookie in the recipe I am OK.
My cooking tragedies
I have so many that it would be hard to fit into 1000 characters. I used to burn bread like there was no tomorrow, I am improving!!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Yumm-o!! These were so good. We followed the recipe as it reads. We did fry them and they turned out perfect, not greasy at all.Having the wings rest in the fridge is important! When we made the sauce we cut back on the butter(we actually used margarine)and used more hot sauce(Franks Red Hot)also added a couple of big shots of Tabasco b/c we like em a little hotter, and what can I say these were right on! We will be making this our new and only HOT WINGS recipe. Also, we like variety so we made teriyaki wings and these were good too. I don't care what kind of sauce you use this is how wings should be. Thanks for sharing!!! PS. I have never eaten the wings at this restaurant and now I don't have too!

Better Than Sex Cake I
What can I say this was awesome! Better than sex? Maybe? Anyhoo, my husband and I ate most of this cake by ourselves. Serve with coffee or milk as it is a bit sweet, but other than that this cake is a hit. I will be making this again. Next time I will poke more holes in the cake so that the sweet milk will become more absorbed into the cake, but with that said it was easy and yummy!!! Thanks for sharing!

Baby Back Ribs
Firstly, as others have stated this is more of a method than recipe. With that said these are by far the best I have ever eaten or cooked. The meat just "fell off the bones" doesn't describe the tenderness of these ribs. The bones just pulled clean of the meat for me. I used some commercial dry rub and commercial store brand sauce to marinade these in overnight. And as others did I broiled mine for a couple of minutes just to get the sauce "sticky". I will be making these again and I won't be making them any other way ever again. Thanks for sharing. I would have taken a picture to upload, but they didn't last long enough to get a shot.
