About this Cook
I'm a 27 year old male who loves to cook new things and doing that listening to the hardest of music. I also work out like a madman at the gym 5 days a week. I write for gryphonmetal.ch and bigmackdaddies.com
My favorite things to cook
Pumpkin Pies from scratch start to finish, Pomegranite Chicken (Persian), Tandoori Chicken (Indian), Pizzas
My favorite family cooking traditions
Pumpkin Pies
My cooking triumphs
Creating the best pumpkin pie known to exist, and yes, I'll put it up against any pie anywhere. :-) I make the crust from scratch, I puree the pumpkins, everything.
My cooking tragedies
My first attempt at making Qottab (persian pastry) was a disaster! My dough was way too runny! In the end I started a small greese fire on my stove frying what I managed to get out of it.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Although, I am still perfecting a version of it where it's not latice on top but just another crust on top, I'm having issues containing everything inside. But it tastes great! I highly recommend it!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
THe cookies tasted absolutely great. Although, I was hoping they would have been fluffier.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
This recipe has multiple uses. I, like other users only used one table spoon of Honey, but followed the rest of the recipe to the letter and used it on my pizza, and everyone loved it! Mega kudos to the Canadian Inventor in AZ. I had a lot left over, so, I added diced tomatos, placed the rest in a sauce pan and placed it on medium heat, and I added two slices of Provalone Cheese. I boiled up some angel hair, and added some Italian marinaded chicken (which I baked) and boom, Chicken Carbonara!!! This pizza sauce can be easliy converted to a carbonara sauce. Thank you thank you thank you!
