Buttery Corn Bread
I will never make corn bread from a box again! Easy to make up and absolutely delicious-this batch did not stick around long in my house.

Make-Ahead Spinach Manicotti
I made this while pregnant, to have a nice homemade meal to look forward to after the baby came. Made it when my in-laws were visiting and they agreed that it was delicious - and everyone had a 2nd helping. I added a bit more sauce to the pan since I was using a large pan to freeze these in.

Garlic Twice-Baked Potatoes
Excellent! I love the rosemary in this - really makes the kitchen smell nice when baking. I make these ahead and freeze, then pop them in the oven for the "twice-baking" and voila - looks like you slaved over these.
