I'm young and I didn't grow up cooking so now I have got to get control of this or starve! LOL . I'm a 911 operator which means I need healthy meals full of energy that get me through 12 hour shifts in which all I do is sit down and talk on the radio to the ambulances. I like vegetables and fruits more than I like meats for some reason. Chicken is first on my list. Smoothies, shakes, things like that. Things that won't leak on my bike ride to work and things that aren't too greasy and won't make me sleepy! LOL Dude, I ain't got any! Miso soup. I started small. Putting cooking off for so long!
