Bahamian Style Peas and Rice

My husband is from the Bahamas and I have yet to find a recipe that is most like his. This one is missing a few ingredients such as the coconut milk and the salt pork.

Scottish Mince Pie

I make this for my husband all the time...he loves it. I use the traditional OXO stock cubes instead of the Bisto, less salty! Not quite the real thing..but good none the less.
