Good and easy! I thought there was too much mayo in this recipe. My hint would be to drain the tuna, then add a TBSP of mayo at a time and mix. Stop when you think it's too runny.

At first I was slightly worried that I wouldn't like the soup. It obviously has a very strong tomato taste. However, with all the toppings - it's truly excellent! I didn't have any cilantro, so I just omitted it from the recipe. Still good. I also added in a dash of cayenne pepper and a sprinkle of hot sauce. I still didn't think it had very much heat to it. I'll have to add more next time. This is definitely a keeper.
