Italian Beef in a Bucket
This was very easy and VERY yummy!! Great dish for a crowd, but it is a little to singy for the kids. I served with american cheese, mayo, and bulky rolls. This was a great hit and it is ALL gone! Thanks - this one is a keeper!

Broccoli Salad I
This was te classic broccoli salad - very good, but slightly too sweet for my liking. I would cut back on the sugar slightly for my next go - otherwise, very good!! Thanks for the recipe
