Yummy! I rarely bake, but with such a simple recipe using just a few ingredients I will definitely keep these around. My beater decided not to function halfway through the creaming of the butter, so they weren't as light as they probably should've been, but they were still delicious.

Irish Bacon And Cabbage Soup
Sadly, this recipe didn't meet my expectations. I found that the tomato overpowered the soup and I couldn't really taste much else. Since it is a "bacon and cabbage" soup I was really disappointed that the bacon and cabbage were lost in it. May try again without tomato and more chicken broth.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
This was excellent. I substituted 2 32oz cartons of chicken broth, no vegetable broth, and a can of cream of chicken soup cause that's what I had. My bf, who isn't a "soup eater" gobbled this up. Thank you!
