Blue Cheese Fried Potatoes
Not a big hit at my house. The onions cooked a lot faster than the potatoes and, although I like blue cheese, it was just overpowering. It also made for a funky smell in the house lol.

Modenese Pork Chops
These were some tasty pork chops. I substituted apple juice for the wine and ended up having to add a little extra because it reduced so much, and I left out the rosemary. I will definitely make these again. Yum!

Yummy! I rarely bake, but with such a simple recipe using just a few ingredients I will definitely keep these around. My beater decided not to function halfway through the creaming of the butter, so they weren't as light as they probably should've been, but they were still delicious.
