I like to grill and cook for my family and friends. I really enjoy cooking something new and challenging. I love to grill and smoke meats. I have competed in Kansas City Barbeque Society events and have won several meat catagories over the years. I also like home style cooking and asian foods I grew up in a restaurant and my family published a cookbook of comfort food recipes. My brother in law is a chef, and he used to work for Emeril Lagasse in New Orleans' Commanders Palace.
