We loved these cookie/waffles! It's a cookie, it's a waffle, it's super waffles!! They didn't stick to my waffle iron, either. I made them just for kicks and giggles, to try something new. I will definitely be making these on a regular basis. Verrrrry tasty indeed.

Garlic Cheese Quick Bread

Good bread but it stuck to the loaf pan. I cut around the sides with a small knife and still the bottom of the loaf stuck and stayed in the bottom of the pan. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

These cookies are very good! Everyone who tastes them likes them! I substituted 1 tablespoon cold coffee for the water. It worked well. These would make a great house warming/welcome to the neighborhood treat. I will definitely be adding it to my big recipe box. Way to go Amy!!

Apple Crumb Bars

This is the first recipe that I have seen with apples in it and NO cinnamon or salt. It is tasteless and too sweet! To eat it requires using a plate, these are not "bars", merely apple crumble stuff. Not a keeper.
