Taco Seasoning I
Fantastic recipe. I fried some mince beef in a tiny bit of oil until brown, drained and rinsed the meat with boiling hot water, put it back in a saucepan, and poured my seasoning over it. I then stirred in about 260ml of cold water and left to simmer for about 40 minutes. When the liquid had gone I stirred in 1 tin of chopped tomatoes and added some salsa and left to simmer for a further 10 minutes. Served in corn tortillas with sour cream, salsa, jalapenoes, lettuce, cheese and fresh chopped tomatoes. Family loved it. Will definately cook this again!!
