Pizza with Pepper, Onion and Feta
Outstanding! Thanks to reviewers who suggested Sun-dried Tomato Pesto as the base, and roasting the vegetables first. Used both suggestions, plus added some fresh mushrooms. Believe my addiction to sausage/pepperoni has been cured! Give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed.

Clam Chowder Canadian Military Style
This is a very tasty, easy recipe. I have made it several times and it always turns out great. Have been guilty of adding extra clams, though. Give it a try. I think you'll enjoy it as much as I do!

Golden Rum Cake
Five stars! Delicious and easy to prepare. The tip about glazing is very helpful. However, be sure and let it stay inverted for an adequate period of time to soak up all that good glaze. My husband was in a hurry for a piece and I turned it too soon. Ended up with glaze running out on the countertop! This cake is hard to beat.
