Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

I made this for my dad last night for Father's Day today, and it turned out great! Very easy to make, and it was delicious. I didn't use all of the ice cream, however. I bought a 1.75 qt box of ice cream, and ended up using MOST of it, but not all. So a little less ice cream still works. When I get the oppurtunity to make this again, I'm going to try a different flavor. There are so many possibilities with this! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Earthquake Cookies

I used yellow cake mix and margarin instead of shortening, and my brother and I thought they were absolutely amazing. I can't wait to try a different type of mix! There are so many possibilities!
