Garlic Cheddar Chicken
We've made this recipe several times now and LOVE it! We did make a few changes, however. I use about 1/2 as much butter and only 2 cloves garlic. Also, instead of bread crumbs I use crushed seasoned croutons; it gives a much heartier crunch. I throw in some Montreal Chicken Seasoning OR Crushed Red Pepper to add a bit of a kick. Definitely a good recipe that has become a staple in our home! Thanks!!

Tzatziki Sauce I
This recipe definitely gave me a great starting point for a Tzatziki Sauce. However, 3 gloves of garlic was way too strong; I used just one and was pleased with the taste. Also, it was a bit bitter so I added about 3/4 c. finely chopped cucumber; that really made the recipe standout. We used it on our chicken and falafel pitas; yum! Thanks for posting!!

Spanish Rice II
Amazing recipe! I would give it five stars, but I did make some changes that I think really enhanced the flavor. As other reviewers have noted, adding garlic and cooking the rice in chicken broth were great revisions. I also cut the chili powder in half, and used 1 1/2 c. rice to 3 c. broth. I think the flavor would have been a bit strong otherwise. Overall, this recipe had an authentic flavor and my husband voted this one a "keeper"! Thanks!
