Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Made recipe as is except I used garlic mushroom soup because that was all I had. Next time, I will season the chicken more and add french fried onions with the buttery crackers.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

I used dried basil because I didn't want to run to store to get fresh basil. This is delicious and will be my signature shrimp recipe.

Flavor was really good. I used Velveeta cheese and it was just a little too much cheese. Maybe using a different cheese or cutting back would give it the extra star. Will make again, just with about 1/2 the cheese.

Monterey Chicken with Potatoes

I have made this twice now. Followed the recipe fairly closely, with exception of putting the salsa on the chicken as soon as I put it in the oven and I just used whatever cheese I had on hand. I used Paul Newman corn and black bean salsa and it was wonderful both times!

Chunky Potato Soup

Great soup. Used whatever cheese I had in the fridge and it turned out great anyway! Good for cold winter evenings. Made this soup for a second time now. I used red potatoes with the skins on because I hate to peel potatoes! Turned out great again. Used a little more potatoes and a little more cheese than recipe calls for. Also used just swiss cheese. Very hearty recipe.

Crab Quiche II

I added some onion and red pepper. We don't eat quiche often but I thought this recipe was bland. I used sour cream because a lot of reviewers preferred it. Probably won't make this again.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

I wasn't over the top about most reviewers. Thought it could have a little more flavor. Chicken had better flavor later in the evening...kind of like next day lasagna...it makes it that much better!

Raspberry Lemonade Pie

My pie did not set like the recipe did. A little soft but was still good. I used frozen raspberries and wonder if that made the difference. My husband and I really enjoyed it. Makes an interesting summer treat.

Amazing Spicy Grilled Shrimp

I didn't have asian sauce, so I omitted it per previous reviews. Also, I used cilantro instead of parsley and lime juice instead of lemon. I think I would use a little less sesame oil next time. Overall good recipe. Would probably make again.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

The picture doesn't do this recipe justice. This is a WONDERFUL meal. The sauce is creamy with a tomato base. Fantastic if you are looking for a simple recipe with a new flair.
