Macaroni and Cheese with Sausage, Peppers and Onions

Tried this out for the kids I had over and they scarfed it down like crazy. Mine wasn't greasy as I usually boil and then drain the grease from any meat I cook. I think it would have tasted better with a little spice in it to liven the dish up.

Macaroni and Tuna Fish Salad

Simple and easy to throw together. The spice lends a subtle flavor that I enjoy. Only thing I changed was I sprinkled some paprika on top for a little punch of color.

Slow-Cooked Country Ribs in Gravy

Family loved this for it's flavor. I loved it for it's ease of prep and cooking. Used smokey bbq sauce instead of ketchup. Best ribs we've had in a long time.
