I'm just your run of the mill gal who loves to add a little spice to life, litterally. Right now I've no favorite thing to cook. I used to make a mean scalloped potatoes that everyone raved about. None that I recall. My parents weren't that adventurous in the kitchen. It was all blahness and business while preparing a meal. A chicken/potato/tomato throw together that people went crazy for. I didn't use a recipe and I've yet to duplicate the exact flavor of that first Chipoto dish. My very first roast was an abomination. I forgot to turn it down while I took my little siblings to the park. When we got back it was nearly burnt on the outside, pink and rubbery on the inside. We couldn't even bite into it!! They never let me live that one down.
