Hazel's Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2009
My kids really love them and they are so fast and easy. I love how the sauce is so simple, but so delicious. I highly reccomend this recipe for kids or people looking for a new meatball recipe! I followed the recipe as written.

Old Fashioned Apple Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2008
Well, I'm only thirteen and thought I'd try something that not even my mom has ever made. I made homemade pie crust, and used fresh apples from our tree. They were pretty simple. I baked them in a round casserole dish and poured all the sauce in and the sauce almost completely coverd the dumplings. I was worried about that. Though, when they came out my mom said that, "Oh, Oh, that is the best thing I have EVER eaten! Never give me apple crisp again!"

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2008
Wow! Everything about these muffins is good! They look good, smell good, and taste great! I mixed the muffin batter as the recipe said, but for the topping I just estimated the amount of butter and used softened butter. It didn't mix perfectly, but they turned out fantastic! They are very moist....just make sure you load up on the topping. It really finishes them off!

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2008
I have tried several biscuit recipes in the past couple weeks, and now that I found this recipe it seems as if I am obsessed with making biscuits because they turn out so pretty and tasty! My whole family loves them and they are big and moist. I always eat mine with Strawberry Jam in the middle. I don't even use a measuring cup for the milk, just gradually add some until it is just right, not all sticky. Also, in another review it said not to twist the cutter or glass when cutting them out because it seals down the edges and they won't be as tall as the could be. It take a couple times to get them down! Keep trying!
