About this Cook
Yes, my real name is Indiana. I am currently attending school for broadcasting, however I love to bake when I'm bored, upset or nervous.
My favorite things to cook
Usually You will find that I submit a lot of dessert foods. i love to bake; however I am not so good at cooking. I like to make cupcakes, fudge (especially fudge), and pies.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every holiday season my mom's side of the family has this Cherry pie trade off. Mother and i would try and make the very best cherry pie (we would find recipes here!) and her sisters would compete against us. Last year they found a cherry pie-bar recipes and totally won!
My cooking triumphs
I found a Marcus Neumen clone cookie recipe. Probably the best cookies I have EVER had and baked!
My cooking tragedies
Cookies are my weakest link. They either turn out liquidy still baking in the oven, turn out like biscuits with chocolate chips, or they are completely dough on the inside but black-burnt on the outside! I just stick to store bought dough with them. :)

Holiday Peppermint Bark
For those of you who like peppermint bark but don't like the very hard candy, try using Candy Cane Hershey kisses in place of the peppermint candies. They are also white chocolate so they won't ruin the flavor and they are VERY pepperminty!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
This is genius! I am not a very good baker AT ALL. However, without sticky marshmallow creme and a candy thermometer--this fudge is just the best, I can't stress that enough! It's easy and I think that's why i've made this 6 times. Seriously- the only problem i've come to find is that it uses a bit of dishes, but that goes for any fudge. Tonight I'm going to try and replace peanut butter with pumpkin since monday is autumn! TRY THIS RECIPE FOLKS. !!

Libby's(R) Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling
If you have ever had Coldstone Creamery's ice cream, you watch them knead and 'smash' the ice cream. With this recipe, I like to replace the cream cheese with vanilla ice cream, and knead or smash cream cheese in it so it still tastes like your average cream cheese/ pumpkin tradition. this is a real winner!
