Yes, my real name is Indiana. I am currently attending school for broadcasting, however I love to bake when I'm bored, upset or nervous. Usually You will find that I submit a lot of dessert foods. i love to bake; however I am not so good at cooking. I like to make cupcakes, fudge (especially fudge), and pies. Every holiday season my mom's side of the family has this Cherry pie trade off. Mother and i would try and make the very best cherry pie (we would find recipes here!) and her sisters would compete against us. Last year they found a cherry pie-bar recipes and totally won! I found a Marcus Neumen clone cookie recipe. Probably the best cookies I have EVER had and baked! Cookies are my weakest link. They either turn out liquidy still baking in the oven, turn out like biscuits with chocolate chips, or they are completely dough on the inside but black-burnt on the outside! I just stick to store bought dough with them. :)
