Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
This is a good recipe. I put celery on the bottom of the crockpot as the others suggested. Turkey breast cooked like this beats deli meat any day. After cooking the breast, I found during the course of the week I used it for lunch sandwiches, quick pasta salads, and even as hor devours with drinks before dinner. You must, must, must season the breast with salt, oregeno, black pepper, and your favorite spices. I added ground cumin in the spice mix.
