Peppered Cilantro Rice
This is a great recipe. I did use chicken broth instead of water. I added cumin, garlic and onion powder as another reviewer suggested. I served with Trader Joe's Ahi Tuna...awesome!!

Mom's Coleslaw
I made this tonight and it was so good. It's so simple to make. I wanted to use some cabbage I had left over. My husband never eats coleslaw but loved this. next time I will add raisings/craisings. Thanks for the recipe.

Creamy Spinach Tortellini
I've had some bags of tortellini for a while and wanted a quick lunch and found this recipe. It is a keeper!! So quick and good. I did not have mushrooms but had a can of cream of mushroom that I used...awesome! Try adding it, adds great flavor and you do not need as much cheese to make it creamy. I added some garlic with the onions also some onion powder, nothing bland here. I also used fresh spinach, skim milk, low fat cheese. My husband loved it!! Thanks for this recipe.
